I want to express my joy for having you as part of this special group of people.

Helping others facing losses is very close to my heart. I continue being here to guide you in your journey. We encounter many challenges throughout our lives and even if we want to ignore them…they stay there. What we ignore doesn’t cease to exist. It is only repressed. As you face each challenge, this system can be applied over and over, as you process each transition.

The result?


Yes, the more you take control of your life, the more empowered you become!

Always remember that…You can choose between being a victim of circumstances or thrive despite losses or challenges.

  • 15 Minute Reading of The Book Transform Your Loss. Your Guide to Strength and Hope


  • Write On Your Moments of Reflection Journal (PDF) and/or on your own Journal


  • Listen To The Meditation MP3’s Before Bed and When You Wake Up In The Morning! The best way to start and end your day is to feed the mind with positive vibes to make you sleep and wake better so you can go being motivated and ready to take on the day!


  • Do Stretching & Yoga (always ask your doctor before starting any kind of activity)
